Romans 12:1-2 We are a living Sacrifice to God.
We worship God by offering our whole lives to Him, living differently from the world, and allowing Him to transform us from the inside out.
Romans 12:3-8 We are servants to the body of Christ.
We are servants of Christ, each with different gifts, called to use them humbly and faithfully to strengthen His body, the Church.
Romans 12:9-25 We are a Love in Action Ministry.
Love in action means sincere, humble service, meeting needs, showing kindness to all (even enemies), and overcoming evil with good.
Romans 3:21-28 We are made right with God through the love of His Son Jesus Christ.
We are made right with God, not by our works, but by His grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
Romans 8:38-39 Experiencing, celebrating and proclaiming the love of God through Jesus Christ.
God’s love in Christ is unbreakable, unstoppable, and central to everything we believe, live, and proclaim.
Romans 6:4 God's love comes to us most tangibly through Baptism and Holy Communion.
Through baptism and communion, we experience God’s love in real and life-giving ways, sharing in Christ’s death, resurrection, and new life.
John 1:1 The Bible is the inspired Word of God.
The Bible, God’s inspired Word, leads us to His truth and shows us His love through Jesus Christ, the eternal Word.
John 3:16 The church is a diverse living organism.
God’s love through Christ creates a diverse, living Church where all believers are united in eternal life.
Psalm 47:5 Our worship must be diverse, vital, inspiring, alive and relevant to people's lives.
Worship must be alive, diverse, and Spirit-filled, thus celebrating God’s greatness in ways that inspire and impact daily life.
John 4:23-24 The process of discipleship involves an ongoing learning about Christian life.
Discipleship means continual growth in faith, marked by learning God’s truth and offering genuine worship in spirit and truth.
1 Corinthians 12:12-26 God has given every human being certain spiritual gifts.
God gives each person spiritual gifts to serve others, promoting unity and strength in the body of Christ.
Acts 20:35 Management of our time, talents, treasures, and natural resources are essential.
Wise management of our gifts and resources allows us to bless others and live out God’s generosity and highlights Christian maturity.
Matthew 28:18-20 The primary mode of ministry is through Evangelism.
The central ministry of the Church is evangelism: sharing Christ, making disciples, and teaching obedience to His Word.
Matthew 9:37-38 Evangelism is the role of every Christian.
Every Christian is called to engage in evangelism, participating in God’s work of reaching the lost.
Matthew 9:19-22 Ministry and mission shall ALWAYS take priority over property.
Ministry and mission and meeting the spiritual and physical needs of others must always be prioritized above possessions or resources. True service values human life and God’s work over material things.
Luke 6:21-22 Outreach is an important means for helping people develop relationship with God.
Serving others meets real needs and leads people toward a saving relationship with Christ as well as providing for physical, spiritual, social and psychological needs.
1 Chronicles 29:17 Integrity and excellence (CPR) in ministry are absolutely necessary.
